SHIPPING TAKES 10 - 14 DAYS TO ARRIVE
All orders are made to order! This means that once we have received your order, factory will begin production with your items. This usually takes 1 - 3 days, your items will then go through a thorough quality check exam. Once the item has passed the quality check it will be packaged and shipped, this is when you will receive your tracking code. Parcels usually take around 7 days to arrive in the UK. Once your parcel has reached the UK, the tracking will update to let you know of the parcels whereabouts. Once parcel is in the UK it will take around 1 - 2 days to arrive at its final destination. Please expect further delays for public holidays such as Bank Holidays, Christmas, Easter etc.
Once you have received your tracking number, tracking may not update for the following 7 days as tracking does not update until your parcel has landed in the UK.
If your order is taking longer than expected this could be due to a couple factors. These factors are unlikely but always possible if there is a delay. 1. Order has not passed the quality check and has had to be sent back to be reproduced. 2. Parcel has been held up at customs and may take 1 - 2 days to be released. 3. Delays with courier system.
